RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – BELIEFWOOD

At Beliefwood, we understand that sometimes an online purchase may not meet expectations. We aim to make the return and refund process simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

We request all customers to carefully read product descriptions, dimensions, and details before placing an order.


1️⃣ Damaged / Wrong / Incomplete Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • An incomplete order

  • A manufacturing defect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at:

Kindly share clear photos and videos of the product and packaging for verification.

In such cases, we offer:

  • Replacement with the correct product
    OR

  • Exchange for another product of equal value
    OR

  • Full refund of the amount paid

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup.

If pickup service is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product. In such cases, we will reimburse courier charges up to 10% of the order value, subject to receipt submission.

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection to ensure the issue is not due to misuse, improper handling, or damage after delivery.

In case of missing parts, the required components will be shipped after verification.


2️⃣ Change of Mind / Size Issue / Not Satisfied

We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, as our products are crafted from natural wood, slight variations in grain, texture, and shade may occur. Additionally, display screen settings may cause minor color differences.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, accessories, and components intact

  • No damage, alteration, or signs of use

After inspection approval:

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting 15% of the order value as return handling and logistics charges.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For COD orders, only product value will be refunded. COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3️⃣ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.

Orders purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounts may not be eligible for cancellation.


4️⃣ Custom Product Orders

Custom or made-to-order products are created specifically upon customer request.

For such products:

  • COD is not available

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Replacement is only applicable in case of incorrect or damaged product received.


5️⃣ Furniture Products (Orders Above ₹3,000)

Products valued above ₹3,000 fall under the Furniture Category.

For these products:

  • Refunds are not applicable

  • Only damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement

Furniture products may require additional dispatch time depending on production volume. Delivery timelines will be communicated at order confirmation.


6️⃣ Minor Damage / Repairable Issues

If a product arrives with minor scratches or small repairable issues, we may provide a credit note equivalent to the estimated repair cost.

This credit note can be used toward future purchases on Beliefwood.

 

Important Notes

Beliefwood reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria

  • Decline refunds if misuse or external damage is identified

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
